Introduction
This college baseball stadium renovation in DeLand, Florida, was designed to breathe new life into an iconic sports venue while preserving its legacy.
As a rendering studio, our role was to translate architectural plans into compelling visuals that captured the scale of the upgrades, the atmosphere of the field, and the value the project would bring to the community.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was helping the client secure investor buy-in for a large-scale restoration. Sports facility projects demand more than just technical accuracy — they need to evoke the emotion and impact the new space will have. We also had to decide how to balance energy and realism while keeping focus on the structural improvements.
In the end, we chose to present the stadium empty to highlight the architectural upgrades without distractions, giving investors a clear view of seating expansions, field enhancements, and new amenities.
Solutions
We delivered a series of high-quality exterior and interior renderings, aerial views, and detailed shots of key facility areas. Our visuals combined photorealistic detail with a clean, distraction-free environment, making it easy for the client to showcase the project’s potential at investor meetings and community presentations.
The clear, focused renderings helped build trust and excitement, supporting fundraising efforts and community engagement for the next phase of the stadium’s life.
